      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate best practices and determine standardization plans while creating field SOPs and templates
      - Collaborate with technicians and conduct training and operational audits
      - Lead process improvement initiatives and summarize reporting to enhance quality and processes
      - Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of technical training materials and deliver engaging training sessions
      - Act as a subject matter expert for field technicians, providing guidance and support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant field experience
      - NETA level 3 or 4 certification or equivalent recognized certification
      - Proven expertise in common Power Systems topics and experience with the NFPA70E Standard
      - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in workflow while meeting deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience presenting to groups and training others
      - Proven ability to build training programs from the ground up
      - Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills preferred
      - Passion for learning and teaching others
      - Willingness to accommodate unconventional training requests
