What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for new student enrollment by answering queries and outlining funding options
- Develop and validate financial plans and establish timelines for student preparedness
- Monitor student accounts and provide guidance on financial eligibility
- Proactively identify academic and financial obstacles and collaborate with students to address them
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain a thorough understanding of university policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college coursework required
- Minimum of 1 year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in an educational setting
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
- Must have a distraction-free work environment during scheduled shifts
- Home office must be equipped with hardwired internet meeting minimum speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a similar role within higher education
- Familiarity with Title IV funding
- Knowledge and experience with online learning environments
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Desire to earn a Bachelor's degree through the employer's tuition benefit program
