What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in all aspects of new event development work
- Participate in pre-event planning and on-site event team
- Set up/tear down of events
- Manage communication with Group Leaders
- Assist with catering orders and volunteer training
- Participate in team meetings and leadership development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep commitment to Kingdom work
- Major in Christian Ministry, Communications/PR, Event Management, Business Management, or Marketing/Social Media
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of event coordination, marketing, and social media
- Advanced familiarity with Microsoft 365

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional travel for women's event required
