      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote technical expertise for Medium Voltage Drives, starters, power systems, and associated technologies
      - Offer technical support to customers, distributors, field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel through various channels
      - Handle customer system issues from start to finish, troubleshooting product faults and analyzing system-level issues
      - Manage customer interactions, capturing issues, and implementing the Knowledge-Centered Support process
      - Develop expertise in core Power Products areas and contribute to knowledge transfer initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology field
      - Legal authorization to work in Canada
      - 3+ years of experience in MV Drives Systems and solutions, power systems, and associated technologies
      - Knowledge of Rockwell Automation Low products, Motion Control products, and Control and Network products and systems
      - Ability to provide technical feedback and collaborate with various teams

      - Knowledge in advanced MV Drives Systems and solutions
      - Experience with Rockwell Automation products and technologies
      - Familiarity with power systems and connected enterprise solutions
