What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming support tickets promptly across various channels
- Escalate complex support issues to Tier 2 Support Engineers for resolution
- Create and contribute to Support Knowledge Base Articles
- Assist with onboarding and training of new interns and Tier 1 Support Engineers
- Proactively communicate with customers to better understand and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Background in Computer Science, I.T., or related fields
- Experience in customer-facing technology support, preferably with Apple devices
- Ability to manage 15-20+ support tickets daily with timely responses
- Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS, iPadOS, and iOS environments
- Commitment to completing all required training and certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Apple retail or technology support
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
