      Job Summary

      We are looking for a Remote Support Specialist (Processing Key Components & Systems) for the Global Remote Support EMEA team, who will be responsible to deliver remote support service to our customers, as well as to the internal field force globally.
      In this role you will lead the resolution of low/medium complex cases remotely through interaction with the field and in collaboration with the competence network. You will assess the quality of cases, evaluate their complexity, and ensure an effective prioritization trough the process. You will have the chance to work with the newest technology in remote support and test new ways of working in Next Generation Services.


      You can be based in any location of the Europe markets near to the Tetra Pak Market company office, no international relocation will be required. The position is limited for a year.

      What you will do

      As a Remote Support Specialist, you will:

      • Help customers and Tetra Pak field force in the main area of Processing Key Components and Systems.
      • Participate in the resolution remotely via phone, chat or email.
      • Lead remote interactions including and not limited to: solving the issue, adopting visual assistance tool, capturing resolution/steps taken to troubleshoot, providing a report and verifying fulfilment of expectations prior to closing any support.
      • Collaborate with the field force, Issue resolution team, development and Automation competence networks.
      • Identify opportunities for improvement of equipment reliability, availability and/or performance to add value to our customers.
      • Ensure a continuous competence development, update and refresh on new components and new service solutions.
      • Effectively apply the Problem-Solving Methodology.

      We believe you have

      Who you are

      • Technical/engineering educational background, preferably at university level or similar
      • Preferably 3-6 years of experience with Processing Equipment like Pasteurizers, Heat Exchangers, UHT processing plants, Key- and Plant components, BPUs, Aseptic Technology, Aseptic Filling and Plant Operations.
      • Certified in Commissioning &Troubleshooting
      • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
