What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
- Integrate application suite with third-party software interfaces
- Develop and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
- Lead or assist in training sessions and provide implementation support
- Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical field (e.g., Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or a degree/diploma in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in software implementation
- Strong grasp of SQL and one or more Enterprise Database Software such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments
- Previous experience in the Utilities industry
