What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical product support to external customers via telephone, assisting with product selection and troubleshooting
- Utilize multiple computer programs and applications simultaneously to document conversations and identify solutions
- Follow established processes to ensure timely support for customer needs and exceed expectations
- Leverage industry-related experience and formal training to maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Capture and relay customer feedback to product teams for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps and plumbing products and systems
- Proficiency in computer use with the ability to navigate multiple applications and screens simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with centrifugal pumps and positive displacement pumps
- Knowledge of wastewater removal, chemical and food processing, HVAC systems, and plumbing installations
- Familiarity with Grainger's online catalog and product search functionalities
