Location: Telford
We are looking for a Infrastructure Monitoring Technical Operator (shifts) to proactively monitor an IT LIVE service Infrastructure, working as part of a TEAM ensuring the client services remain 24/7 operational and any incidents are managed accordingly in line with processes.
Full training will be provided enabling you to develop a broad range of digital technologies and shape a career with a global business.
You will also be part of the bigger picture by talking to a variety of support teams who will work with you to ensure services are maintained and new services are introduced in a controlled manner. You will be empowered to identity better ways of doing things and share your ideas.
The team is made up of four shifts of three people who work a shift pattern on a rota of days and nights
Your experience
This role will be ideal for you, if you have an interest in working for a global Infrastructure Compunction Technology (ICT) company and want to pursue a career in the latest technologies but have not had the opportunity to demonstrate it in a previous role.
