What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to customers through incoming calls, community requests, and email conversations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software technical issues
- Collaborate with a team to resolve or escalate product issues
- Occasionally provide on-site support for service projects, event support, and installations
- Create and update knowledge base articles for internal and external use
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and convey them to customers
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Operating systems
- Ability to work independently from a home office location
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French
- Previous customer service and/or phone/call center experience
- Strong knowledge of electronics, networking, or computers
