What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to service and repair requests for add/moves/changes by preparing and completing telecom work orders
- Responsible for the lifecycle of all telco vendor circuit orders by acting as a liaison between customers and telco vendors
- Support large scale enterprise deployments
- Work with internal customers / stakeholders to obtain up-to-date and accurate information before placing orders
- Create and maintain a catalog of pricing based on telecom carrier contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years of relevant experience in telecom
- BS in telecommunications or related field a plus
- Experience with M-A-C's (Moves, Adds and Changes) in a day-to-day environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and telecom carriers in English
- Organizational and time management skills a must

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Conceptual knowledge of telecom & networking systems, protocols, etc. (e.g. MPLS/VoIP/TDM/DIA/SDWAN) a plus
