      We need trained and licensed counselors and therapists to help make a difference for our communities as we face mental health and substance abuse challenges in Ohio.

      What do you need for this opportunity? A Master's degree in Social work or Clinical Counseling with an LISW / LPCC or higher, valid in the state of Ohio. Five (5)+ year's post-licensure counseling work experience with documented supervision. Previous work experience in community behavioral health and in a remote setting, preferred.
      Applicants MUST have counseling license valid in the State of Ohio to be considered for the opportunity.

      You will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously. We supply all the equipment that you'll need to be successful.


      How you'll make a difference:

      • You can help make a difference for communities by providing a range of assessment and mental health counseling and therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families. Help your clients in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
      • Make an impact with your clients by providing crisis intervention and emergency services as the needs arise and develop treatment plans with your clients. You will also record your client's progress, complete client instruments, and maintain necessary records and files.
      • Maintain a strengths-based approach while working with your clients. You will also establish a mutually respectful relationship and implement interventions that are necessary to meet the needs of your clients in a team based environment.
      • Complete referrals to other agency programs or external service providers as deemed clinically appropriate.
