What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Triage injury/illness calls to determine the level of urgency
- Research and locate the nearest medical facility for treatment
- Coordinate visits and communicate with medical personnel regarding treatment options
- Provide updates and communicate with clients, employers, and insurance adjusters
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and case details
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid RN license for the state of LA (or compact multistate license)
- CWCP certification within two years of employment
- Previous triage experience in ER or Urgent Care preferred
- Minimum of two years practicing as a Registered Nurse
- Availability to work rotating weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
