What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve work requests from national account vendors
- Issue purchase orders for approved maintenance requests
- Resolve fleet maintenance issues and ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Control and optimize fleet repair costs
- Assist in building relationships with outside providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical School Degree or previous automotive experience preferred
- 3 years of background or hands-on maintenance experience in fleet or car repairs
- Working knowledge of repair times, labor rates, and cost of parts
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASE certification is a plus
- Experience in tire sales and service is a plus
