      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 150–200 outbound follow-up calls per day to manage leads from various platforms
      - Pre-qualify leads during intake calls to determine service eligibility and schedule assessments
      - Accurately update CRM systems with lead status, call notes, and appointment details
      - Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent inquiries promptly
      - Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing follow-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong phone-based sales or client intake experience
      - Ability to manage 150–200 calls per day effectively
      - Must be available and reliable on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only)
      - Basic understanding of social media platforms and lead handling
      - Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (training provided)

      - Prior experience in home care, healthcare intake, or lead generation
      - Detail-oriented and highly organized with a customer-first mindset
      - Comfortable handling objections and guiding client conversations
      - Self-motivated and able to work independently during weekend shifts
