- Req#: 545471
- Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
- Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.
- Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.
- An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surge, ICU, or ER settings (required)
- One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
- One year of experience in a supervisory/clinical manager role in a Medicare-certified Home Health Care agency (required)

- Compensation: $80,000-$90,000
