  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  - High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  - Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
  - Availability for full-time hours, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
  - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  - Experience in a customer service or sales environment
  - Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
  - Strong growth mindset and ability to operate with integrity
  - Previous experience working in a remote or home office setting
