  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Must possess a competitive spirit, resilience, persuasive personality, and a growth mindset
  - Availability for full-time work, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  - Must have a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment for remote work

  - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections
