      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide educational and support programs that enhance deployment and mission readiness for service members and their families
      - Implement outreach efforts targeting at-risk groups, including single parents and foreign-born spouses
      - Deliver training and workshops on various topics related to military life and family readiness
      - Facilitate career decision-making and personal financial management for military families
      - Maintain accurate records of services provided in the scheduling module

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a social science or related behavioral science field, or equivalent experience
      - Demonstrated experience in advocacy services and collaboration with resources
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities
      - Experience working with family programs or military social service agencies
      - Knowledge of state, federal, and local resources related to military family support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the FFSMIS system
      - Experience as a military family member, providing insight into military lifestyle challenges
