      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within the fraud detection queues
      - Assist with lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts
      - Build knowledge and basic skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations
      - Work flexible hours, including weekends, and be on camera during work hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Ability to complete a background check, including criminal, drug, and credit checks
      - Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
      - Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload via ethernet cable connection

      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
