      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate potential credit card fraud cases by analyzing account history and transaction data
      - Respond to account inquiries from merchants and cardholders, providing scripted responses to alerts
      - Complete lost/stolen reports and facilitate the blocking and transferring of compromised accounts
      - Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and communicate findings effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Must be flexible with work schedules, including mid to late shifts and weekends
      - Ability to work on camera during all work hours
      - Must meet technical requirements for remote work, including internet speed specifications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
