      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to fraud detection alerts
      - Assist in completing lost and stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts
      - Build knowledge and skills necessary to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions
      - Work flexible hours as assigned in a 24/7 call center environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Must be flexible to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
      - Availability to be on camera during work hours
      - Must have a minimum internet speed of 50mbps download and 15mbps upload via ethernet connection

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
