      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within fraud detection queues
      - Assist with completing lost/stolen reports and block/transfer compromised accounts to prevent further losses
      - Build credit card replacement orders and complete necessary shipping materials
      - Develop knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months
      - Must be flexible with work schedules, including mid to late shifts and weekends
      - Must complete a background check including criminal check, drug screen, and credit check
      - Must have a minimum internet speed of 50mbs download and 15mbps upload via Ethernet cable connection

      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
