      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within fraud detection queues
      - Assist in completing lost/stolen reports and manage compromised accounts to prevent further losses
      - Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations
      - Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends as part of a 24/7 call center

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
      - Ability to maintain a professional presence on camera during work hours
      - Minimum internet speed requirements of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload via ethernet cable
