      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate potential credit card fraud cases and analyze account history
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts
      - Assist with completion of lost/stolen reports and build credit card replacement orders
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge and skills related to fraud detection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and late hours
      - Ability to maintain a professional appearance on camera during work hours
      - Must complete a background check, including criminal, drug, and credit checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
