What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on alerts from the fraud detection system
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to clients
- Complete lost/stolen reports and manage credit card replacement orders
- Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months
- Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
- Must complete a background check including criminal, drug, and credit checks
- Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work: 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload via Ethernet cable
