      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate potential credit card fraud cases and analyze account history
      - Respond to over 25 account inquiries per hour for assigned clients
      - Assist in completing lost/stolen reports and manage compromised accounts
      - Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all investigation-related information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Must be flexible with work schedules, including weekends and varying shifts
      - Ability to work on camera during all work hours
      - Must meet technical requirements for remote work, including internet speed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
