      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard responses to alerts from the fraud detection system
      - Assist in completing lost and stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts
      - Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions
      - Be available for work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Must complete a background check, including criminal, drug, and credit checks
      - Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
      - Must have a minimum 50mbs download speed and 15mbps upload speed via ethernet for remote work

      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
