      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to a high volume of account inquiries, providing scripted responses to alerts from the fraud detection system
      - Assist in completing lost/stolen reports and manage compromised accounts to prevent further fraudulent activity
      - Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all investigations
      - Be available for work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Must complete a background check including criminal, drug screening, credit check, and verification of education and employment history
      - Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
      - Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload via ethernet cable connection
