      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within fraud detection queues
      - Assist in completing lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts
      - Build credit card replacement orders and complete necessary shipping materials
      - Develop knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of investigations into potential credit card fraud cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months
      - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late hours
      - Ability to maintain a professional appearance on camera during work hours
      - Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload via Ethernet cable connection

      - Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
