What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on alerts from the fraud detection system
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to merchants and cardholders
- Assist in completing lost or stolen reports and blocking compromised accounts
- Build knowledge and skills in identifying fraudulent activity through training and research
- Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
- Must complete a background check, including criminal and credit checks
- Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
- This role requires being on camera during work hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
