  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide technical, business process, and operational leadership to address HR integration needs
  - Manage projects related to HR programs and services, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
  - Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses for new HR processes at each Health Ministry
  - Develop project plans, action steps, and status reports while driving attainment of desired outcomes
  - Facilitate training and support for HR Service Center customers and stakeholders
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  - Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in HR program implementation
  - Strong leadership, integration, and execution skills
  - Excellent oral and written communication skills
  - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with HR systems management and application analysis
  - Familiarity with Workday Help, Journeys, and messaging systems
