What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications and coordinate project-related issues
- Consult with providers and management to support decisions, workflows, and new initiatives
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to meet clinical and operational needs
- Participate in the preparation of project work plans and status reports
- Assist in the development of best practice workflows and documentation for application use

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance/business process improvement activities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel 5-10% as needed
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with information systems and clinical software applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Cadence or Prelude
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Proven ability to analyze workflows and coordinate application configuration issues
- Experience serving as a liaison between end users and technical teams
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on project management and team dynamics
