What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging and increase product sales
- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and achieve sales goals
- Travel regionally 4-6 times per year for face-to-face interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and ensure compliance with promotional guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical sales
- Ability to travel within the Western U.S. for live face-to-face HCP interactions 4-6 times per year
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office
- Experience in building rapport with healthcare professionals in a virtual environment
