What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
- Conduct face-to-face meetings regionally 4-6 times per year to cover vacant territories
- Promote client products through outbound and inbound calls, engaging healthcare professionals in program discussions
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical sales
- Ability to travel within the Western US for face-to-face interactions 4-6 times per year
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals in a virtual environment
- Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office
- Experience in overcoming sales obstacles leading to strong sales performance
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
