      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a key contributor in permitting/zoning, project risk assessments, and environmental concerns for utility-scale renewable energy storage projects
      - Support land use, permitting, and zoning inquiries/public hearings for both prospective and active renewable energy projects
      - Develop and implement a cohesive framework for renewable project development permitting, zoning, and environmental management
      - Collaborate with Development Leads on specific permitting initiatives to ensure projects meet NTP/COD deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience supporting the development of complex permitting strategies, including early-stage development permitting and late-stage permit filing advocacy
      - Experience in drafting land zoning analysis and permitting plans for energy infrastructure sites
      - Strong ability to work collaboratively with Project Developers and develop presentations on permitting/environmental project risks
      - Proven track record of supporting permitting strategies that achieve project NTP/COD status
      - Direct experience with land entitlement, environmental regulations, and land development strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of national energy markets related to land permitting requirements, particularly PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
