Job Description
- Req#: 3117850
- Support and assist renewal account managers, channel partners and sales teams to provide quotes for maintenance and subscriptions renewals 90-120 days prior to the contract expiration date
- Validate and confirm the accuracy of all supporting data for the quote and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain thorough and accurate information of our install base and service contract information in CPQ and Steelbrick other applications used in the renewal organization
- Clearly understand all product offering, subscription and renewal licensing models for all products to be renewed
- Maintain notes, critical information with regards to quotes, and all relevant information on each renewal account within Salesforce.com
- 1+ years experience in a quoting/order operations/sales environment
- Works well in a fast paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills
- Experience with Google sheets (preferred) or Excel
- Experience using Salesforce.com and their Sales & Distribution module would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Additional language skills would be preferred

The Sales Operations Renewal Representative will be responsible for the daily creation and administration of subscription & support renewal quotations. A successful candidate will execute at all phases of the contract renewal life-cycle, including up-front communication, preparation of quotes for customers, and revisions to quotes. This role will also include interacting with channel partners and internal sales personnel to provide support renewal quotes and reporting - and reports to the Manager.
