What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a key partner to Renewal Executives and sales teams, offering hands-on renewal support to streamline processes
- Create tailored renewal letters and packages, and prepare competitive rate comparisons
- Manage renewal revisions accurately and promptly within the standard timeframe
- Run quotes for add-on coverage lines and collaborate with Renewal Executives for effective positioning
- Travel quarterly to sales offices or headquarters for in-person collaboration and relationship building
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Skilled in Excel with expertise in managing large spreadsheets
- Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating with sales teams and brokers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strengths in presenting and negotiating
- Ability to work independently and strategically prioritize tasks
- Must have the ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of extensive knowledge of Group Insurance products, design, administration, and marketing
- Thorough knowledge of company products, systems, and processes supporting Group Insurance
- Familiarity with competitors' products and positioning
