      • Encourage customer self-service to focus on strategic growth activities.
      • Use data and internal tools to deliver value and grow profitable charge volume.
      • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
      • Deliver an excellent customer experience that aligns with client goals and builds loyalty.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Minimum 1 year in sales or relationship management.
      • Strong customer focus and a passion for results.
      • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge the status quo.
      • Thrives under pressure with excellent time and workload management.
      • Collaborative team player who works well in a fast-moving environment

We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best. This means caring for you and your loved ones' physical, financial, and mental health, as well as providing the flexibility you need to thrive personally and professionally:

      • Competitive base salaries

      • Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need
      • Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on your location)
      • Free access to global on-site wellness centers staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location)
      • Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program
      • Career development and training opportunities
