What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors, and customers
- Route and schedule mobile repair technicians for needed repairs
- Strategically plan maintenance based on field equipment monitoring
- Oversee transfer drivers and work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members
- Organize maintenance campaigns and initiatives, review and audit repair records, and monitor outside garages for quality of work performed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability for on-call work
- General mechanical knowledge
- Experience in multi-unit-style management
- Professional communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Reliable and predictable attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of vehicle repair experience as a Technician or Manager in the automotive industry
