      MAG Aerospace Industries, LLC - Repair Station Supervisor

      Location: Onsite, local candidates highly preferred.

As a Repair Station Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our Supply Chain team, overseeing repair orders and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of aircraft interior parts.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Assist the Manager, Repair Station in planning, implementation, and tracking of repair orders.
      2. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments to resolve issues affecting material arrival or part repair.
      3. Ensure compliance with necessary documentation and timely delivery to customers.

      Qualifications:

      • Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field plus at least 5 years' experience in aviation/aerospace or related industry.
      • Bachelor's Degree plus at least 3 years' related experience.
      • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
      • FAA Repairman Certificate preferred.

      Skills:

      • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
      • Experience in project planning and management methodologies.
      • Ability to manage a repair station and lead teams effectively.
      • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

      Working Conditions:

      • Fluent English communication required.
      • Employment may be part-time, full-time, or temporary.
      • Travel and irregular hours may be necessary.
      • Relocation to another Safran facility may be required.
