      Additional Information About the Role

      BJC is looking for a Reporting and Analytics Manager for the St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation. The manager will oversee all data request and will build a donor pipeline. Ideal candidate would have project management, Excel and Raisers Edge experience.

      This is a hybrid position and will be onsite at least once a week.

      Candidate must be in the greater St. Louis area.

      Role Purpose

      The Mgr. Reporting and Analytics manages a team and work focused on supporting the fundraising efforts of the hospital Foundation. The role provides and manages data analysis and reporting, while driving and/or supporting cross-functional projects that focus on delivering value to strategic initiatives and process improvements. It supports fundraising efforts by providing donor prospects, research, and portfolio management data to the philanthropy team.

      Responsibilities

    • Manages all processes associated with our Donor Pipeline and Grateful Family Program
    • Supports fundraising teams by overseeing all processes tied to portfolio metrics and reporting
    • Oversees a team focused on data reporting, analytics, and donor research. Manages the development and execution of standardized reporting and analytics.
    • Ensures all outputs are delivered timely, accurately and within the desired scope of work.
    • Builds a culture of trust, understanding and collective ownership for Foundation data.
    • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
    • Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
