      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, develop, modify, and maintain hospital reports, data extracts, and data visualizations
      - Collaborate with functional clients and departments to gather reporting requirements and develop specifications
      - Provide training and business application support for interpreting data in Epic EMR and SQL techniques
      - Act as a lead analyst, offering guidance and coaching to other team analysts
      - Ensure data quality through the development and execution of unit tests and validation procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience or related experience in healthcare analytics, clinical informatics, or information systems
      - Strong knowledge of statistics and computer science principles
      - Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff
      - Familiarity with advanced reporting tools and data analysis techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a similar role
      - Epic Data Model certification, with more than five certifications preferred
      - Experience with data architecture and reporting requirements in healthcare settings
