- Req#: R00034324
- Responsable de la Coordinación del área de Atención a Clientes de Refacciones para los clientes en México con Tecnología Láser.
- Revisión del correo general de refacciones para las asignación correspondiente de clientes.
- Responsable de recepción y registro
- Responsable de envío de cotizaciones a clientes por refacciones
- Mantener actualizado el correo de refacciones, de los clientes según correspondan.
- Dar soporte al área de Servicio referente a stock, tiempos de entrega de ordenes colocadas.
- Coordinar el envío de material junto con el almacenista para surtir la orden de compra.
- Mantener buena comunicación con el área de compras para contar con información de la llegada de material.
