Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose: Customer Service Representative - To Answer Phones to respond to general Customer's inquiries, concerns and complaints. Arrange for service requested by the Customer. Project a professional Company image through Phone interactionEssential Responsibilities:
Service calls from Customers based out of US
Solve queries and concerns on the call
Arrange for Services required by the Customers
Provide Customer with Product and Services information
Follow up on Customers inquires and resolve
Recognize, document and alert the Supervisor of trends in Customers calls
Recommend Process Improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements:Freshers / Experienced External Candidates can be considered. ( 0 to 9months)
Education qualification: Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Should have Customer Centric Attitude.
Excellent English Language Communication Skills.
Working Knowledge of Computers.
Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with teams.
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts and be flexible for Night Shift Timing as well.
Should be Open to Change.
