      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Processing to join our OPTISM (Operations, Payments, Treasury, Issuer Services, Markets) team. This role is located in Poole, UK with a hybrid work model.

      The Corporate Trust Payments Team is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of high value payments, relating to New Issue of Securities and Debt service on behalf of our clients.

      Our Team consists of 7 members, therefore we need a motivated team player.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      Daily Responsibilities:

      • Payment inputting across multiple payment systems.
      • Monitoring of various types of accounts to ensure receipt of funds from clients.
      • Ensure payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Working with internal teams and Client Service Managers.
      • Exercise daily controls to ensure all processing is completed within cut-offs.

      General responsibilities:

      • Client Processing - Provide quality client service and support to internal clients and occasionally external clients on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
      • Under direct supervision, perform routine operational tasks, processing updates to client accounts or company records and ensuring that data is feeding into the right system.
      • Enter data, keying information from checks, interpreting payee information and transcribing into on-line system.
      • Begin monitoring exceptions.
      • May interact with record keepers to verify that client records are correct.
      • Execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs. Respond to internal client and occasionally external inquiries, escalating non-standard issues to a Team Lead.
      • May communicate with an external third party to research inquiries.
      • No direct reports.
      • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • A good team player.

      • Have excellent numeracy and communication skills.
      • Have very good PC skills – Outlook/EXCEL/Access and Acrobat Reader.
      • Familiar with the accounting, banking services or have a willing to learn and gain knowledge within those areas.

      Qualifications:

      • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
      • Bachelors degree preferred.
      • 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
      • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
