Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with market intermediaries such as real estate agencies and brokers and residential real estate developers.
Invest in client prospecting.
Target and analyze client needs, develop appropriate strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.
Promote the overall offer, including insurance and cross-selling.
Maintain a presence in your area's business community.
Comply with the frameworks, practices and various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
Stay on top of financial services industry news, market trends and best practices in your field.

College diploma in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience

Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
Intermediate knowledge of Spanish or third language due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with partners, members and/or clients
Available for frequent travel at the request of members and clients.
Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicule
Available 7 days a week including evenings.
