What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide positive and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze complex issues to troubleshoot and advise on solutions
- Promptly identify, research, and resolve customer inquiries using available tools
- Make prompt, accurate business decisions that benefit both the business and the customer
- Assist customers with making purchase decisions and completing orders on the company website
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Knowledge of PC operating systems such as Windows and/or MAC
- Proficiency in internet navigation, instant messenger tools, and email
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service in a related field
