- Degree in a *related field and 2 years **related experience; or a diploma in a *related field, and 3 years **related experience; or certification from a recognized institution, in a *related field and 4 years **related experience; or, 5 years **related experience.
- Experience at leveraging structured and unstructured data sources to conduct quantitative analysis.
- Experience determining appropriate use of various problem structuring methods and statistical methods for sampling, distribution assessment, bias and error.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with IBM Cognos software tools.
- Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations for the purpose of decision making.
- Experience with machine learning, clustering and classification techniques to analyze diverse sources of data.
- Willing to keep up to date with cutting-edge techniques in machine-learning and big data analytics and find ways to advance the organization’s capabilities in analytics.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job.

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will lead in data science and predictive analytics, playing a critical role in shaping evidence-based policies and strategic decisions. About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 5 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
This is a temporary opportunity until 10/31/2025. This position may be extended or become permanent.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
