What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform fund set-ups and modifications as needed
- Analyze and reconcile grant funds and accounts to identify errors
- Communicate with sponsors, subcontractors, and internal departments for accurate financial data recording
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sponsor regulations and policies
- Prepare account analyses and journal entries as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software
- Experience with Banner Finance, COEUS Lite, COEUS Premium, NOLIJ imaging system, Hyperion, and Banner WebFinance
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in research accounting in a non-profit and/or higher education environment
